Meet the Expert

Jessica is a licensed clinical social worker who loves emotional healing and family restoration. She offers a unique approach to mental health by viewing trauma as a symptom to early childhood trauma. As a clinician she is trained in EMDR therapy, and uses a blend to techniques to build trust, instill hope and extract fear.  

"Everyone has a past that dictates how they think and react, without intervention, we drag flawed patterns into our present and spend decades try to reach our perfect life. The same result can come instantly when we learn how to let the fear go." 

I learned these lessons from other survivors, clinicians and through my personal journey. When asked what makes me want to deal with trauma, I simply say that I regret seeing individuals miss the beauty, confidence and independence they were designed to express.
