Jessica Gaffney, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in healing trauma, PTSD and anxiety. She offers a unique approach to mental health through a variety of techniques and a GOD given gift of emotional healing.
Her work consists of everyday people who have developed sleep disorders, resulting in anxiety, depression or ADHD, and also experienced loss, tragedy and/or abuse.
Sessions are available within the scope of Trauma, defined by:
- Abuse, Anxiety, Depression, Sports injuries, Car accidents, natural disasters, and Domestic Violence.

What to expect
During the session you will relax, learn some tools to reduce anxiety and improve your communication with those around you while you are healing. At the end you will have a new tools to use before your next session. You will also feel like you have a support system and an idea of what to tackle and how you can change your life.
What happens next
The first 4 appointments are crucial, as you are discovering how to connect the dots of what you have awareness of, the education I present regarding your circumstance and how you are handling the day to day improvement in your behavior and thoughts. After the first 4 appointments, some clients are ready to come bi-weekly, and eventually monthly as treatment ends.
